Castle View Theatre strives to offer a full array of classes aimed at students interested in learning about and becoming more skilled in all areas of the stage - onstage acting and dance and backstage technical design & construction.

THEATRE & DANCE: Our Mission

ACTING/DIRECTING

There are four levels of acting classes offered at CV: Theatre 1 (Intro to Acting), Theatre 2 (Intermediate Acting), Theatre 3 (Advanced Acting), and Production Ensemble.  We also offer an advanced directing class (Theatre 4).

TECHNICAL THEATRE

Castle View has an active technical theatre department, including an introductory class (Tech Theatre 1) and an advanced level class in design and construction (Tech Theatre 2).

DANCE

​

Castle View is proud to offer classes in all areas of theatre and performance.  This includes three classes in dance and movement: Broadway Dance 1, Broadway Dance 2, Dance & Fitness, and Advanced Dance.

VOICE

As a well-rounded theatre student, you should consider taking classes in vocal preparation and performance by signing up for one of our excellent school choirs.
